perfect vacation spot! 10/10

If you are looking for a great place to stay this condo has it all!! From the beautiful king bed with walk in closet that has a space for all your gear right down to the shoe rack to the kitchen with coffee ready to go and even spices for your cooking pleasure. This owner has thought of everything!! The condo is immaculate, perfect view of the ocean and some of the friendliest neighbors you will meet. We are already planning on our return trip in the fall. I can’t wait to get back!

room was super clean and exactly like pictures!! this was perfect for me and my friends to hang out and enjoy our vacation!! came with many extra amenities which we’re a GREAT surprise!!

The location is so nice and they even have overflow parking for multiple people. The amenities are great also as we have boogie boards, a grill, chairs, and even supplies to take care of basic necessities. The room is absolutely spotless and I love the layout. I recommend booking from here to everybody.

It was very clean, super close to the beach, had a great view, and it was within walking distance to a couple of local restaurants (FINNS was excellent for breakfast)! John was an excellent host and was very responsive. We would definitely recommend this condo to others!

For my first ever time renting using the Airbnb website I don’t think I could have found a better host and location. John was very kind and made our stay the best it could possibly be. The apartment fit our needs exactly and I don’t think it could be better. Would rent again

We stayed here in October and it was perfect. The condo is a 1 minute walk from the beach and close to everything else in PCB. The interior is newly remodeled and kept nice and clean. Everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic anniversary trip. The condo is beautifully decorated with a full kitchen. We went deep sea fishing and were able to successfully eat in. The bed slept well. There was an awesome ocean view from the porch for sunset pics. If you are able to climb stairs then this is the place for you. The beach water felt like bath water and that was in late September. Beach access is a short walk across the street. All amenities were superb, just bring yourself and enjoy!!!

Such a peaceful place and neighborhood. Fully stocked and 5 minutes away from Captain Andersons Fishing and Dolphin tours. Gulf View and Amazing Sunsets from porch. Really enjoyed our stay , sleep number bed was a treat also. Anxiously awaiting our return.

We loved our stay, the condo is beautifully updated, and thoughtfully decorated, simple elegance. The view of the ocean from the porch was great, be prepared to walk up three flights of stairs, you will get your leg workout, but again the view is worth it! Walk to the amazing beach, our kids had a great time in the pool.

I am so thankful for the wonderful stay at this condo my family and I had. I just got home and am writing this review. It definitely was home away from home, it was in a beautiful and tranquil location. The gulf water views, sunrises, and sunsets from the windows and the comfortable balcony sitting area are absolutely breathtaking! I was here because my oldest Son got married at St. Andrew’s State Park. I had some guests over and they complimented on how beautiful and nice this condo is. The upstairs bed was a relaxing dream come true! Everything throughout this condo is updated very nicely, it was like being in a brand new home. The Host is extremely thoughtful and kind. This condo was very well stocked with all of the nice dishes and cookware you could ever need, even for a big family. We were even able to make a pitcher of lemonade for our family because a nice pircher was in the cabinet and lemonade pouches! There waa an abundance of towels and extra sheets for the beds, bathrooms and kitchen. There was even beach towels for swimming. We got in late and was tired and exhausted to find nice private reserved parking. My youngest Son was happy to see there was popcorn on the counter to make for a fun midnight snack and cold water bottles in the fridge. I was happy to see dishsoap, handsoap in the bathrooms, and a beautiful keurig coffee maker (included 2 ways you could make coffee- the traditional coffee pot way on one side and on the other side was for the little K-cup pods). Available was coffee k-pods and cream and sugar! Literally steps from the beach, a gorgeous and safe location! You don’t even have to think twice about booking, you will not be disappointed!
